Search was not returning any results for all customers
On 11.07.2019 16:44 nyris monitoring system reported search queries timeouts (502 Bad Gateway). After initial analysis the issue was detected which was a broken VPN connection between two datacenters, resulting in broken communication between nyris microservices.
A sev-1 ticket was raised with the datacenter providers and the VPN connection was re-established at 11.07.2019 17:43 with search service returning results again.
