Can I provide a delta-feed, only indicating changes in the feed?

Please make sure to always provide the full feed. We will take care to detect any changes ("delta") and update your search index accordingly. We will make sure that only the delta is uploaded. Also, we will only be reading the delta from your servers to not cause any unnecessary traffic spikes.
